Reporting Relationship: Principal, Practice Lead

Position Type: Full-time/Exempt

Location: Hybrid with Floating In Office Time (Denver, CO)

Salary Range: $90,000-$105,000

Delivery Responsibility

  • Lead and support 5-6 projects at any given time with other Prosono teammates for purpose-driven clients on a national scale

  • Serve in Project Lead or Project Manager roles on client projects

  • Conduct primary and secondary research on market trends, best practices and/or possible solutions

  • Analyze complex data with attention to detail

  • Synthesize and package information into clear, compelling deliverables

  • Give and receive feedback from clients and peers

  • Implement and refine Prosono best practice(s) for strategic planning, strategy execution, community engagement, program/initiative design, measurement, and evaluation.

  • Maintain at least 80% utilization on client projects

Business Development Responsibility

  • Cultivate opportunities for continuation work with existing clients

  • Support proposal development and interviews

  • Support contracting process – translate scope of work into detailed project plan

Company Responsibilities

  • Serve as a Prosono ambassador, helping to build visibility and positioning

  • Drive and support internal initiatives for process improvements in delivery and key business functions (marketing, business development, operations and finance)

  • Proactively participate in Prosono’s learning culture by coaching and seeking opportunities to learn with and from colleagues

Community Responsibilities

  • Volunteer and serve on community advisory and nonprofit Boards

  • Support development of social impact sector and professionals

Experience/Qualifications

  • Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field or lived and/or work experience commensurate to education

  • Five plus years of business experience and/or non-profit leadership  

  • Five plus years of project management and/or consulting skills

  • Experience working within a small firm is a plus

Working Conditions

Hybrid working environment with floating in-office time at Denver headquarters.  Job involves some movement to carry out your duties, including traveling to client sites.

Travel

  • Dependent on project and client’s location. Local travel as needed.  Willing to spend 10% of year traveling. 

  • Travel to home office up to 6 times per year for company meetings.

  • Colorado based candidates preferred.
