Kelly Pierson
Kelly is a Senior Consultant at Prosono where she primarily supports the Strategy and Operations practice. In her role, Kelly crafts tailored solutions for clients’ most pressing needs, which commonly includes community engagement, strategic planning, mission and values development, process improvement, facilitation of leadership sessions, primary and secondary research, and graphic design.
Kelly brings over twelve years of cross-sector experience to the Prosono team, and she is motivated to help organizations match their operations, programs, and communications with their socially conscious intentions to drive positive impact in communities around the world. She has extensive experience in strategy, corporate social responsibility (CSR), branding, and cross-sector partnerships from work with the Bill and Melinda Gates Foundation, Target Corporation, the National 4-H Council, the State of Colorado’s Office of Outdoor Recreation Industry, University of Colorado-Denver, ActivateWork, and more.
Kelly graduated from the University of Notre Dame with a BBA degree in Marketing and a minor in Gender Studies, and she has a Certificate in ESG (CESG) from University of Colorado-Boulder. She serves on the Associate Board for Minds Matter Colorado, on the board of the Friends of Colorado State Parks, and as a Lead of the Professional Development Committee for CESG Alumni. In her free time, Kelly volunteers as a Denver CASA, refinishes old furniture, and is on a seemingly endless quest to train her rescue dog, Twigs.
