Reporting Relationship: Principal, Practice Lead

Location: Hybrid with Floating In Office Time (Denver, CO)

Salary Range: $70,000-$80,000

 Delivery Responsibility

• Working on 2-6 projects with other Prosono teammates and with purpose-driven clients on a national scale

• Be a significant contributor to the projects that you are assigned

• Serving as a working Project Manager with other Prosono teammates

• Conducting independent research on trends, possible solutions, etc.

• Analyzing complex data with high-level attention to detail

• Supporting the creation of detailed, integrated data and financial models linked to project work to help identify and compare solutions and drive strategy

• Responsible for follow-up on assigned projects

• Designing and Implementing solutions for clients:

  • Using Human-Centered Design and Agile Development methods to build a solution

  • Primary research in interviews or stakeholder engagement

  • Secondary research in web and database mining

  • Using business tools to analyze data for themes, findings, and implications

  • Building data models to inform social impact decisions

  • Crafting and telling stories through writing compelling deliverables for clients

• Supporting ideation and creation of research and development projects

• Maintain a utilization of at least 85% on average

 Experience/Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or Master's Degree in Business, Finance, or related field or lived and/or work experience commensurate to education.

• 3+ years of business experience with 3+ years of project management and/or consulting skills

• Experience working within a small growing start-up is a plus

Working Conditions

Hybrid working environment with floating in-office time in Denver headquarters.  Job involves some movement to carry out your duties, including traveling to client sites, whiteboard sessions, etc.

Travel

• ·Dependent on project and client’s location. Local travel as needed.  Willing to spend 10% of year traveling nationally. 

• Travel to home office up to 6 times per year for company meetings.

• Colorado based candidates preferred
